This high quality white tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. From it's appearance, most of us will thought this tea is lower grade compare to Silver Needle White Tea but it is actually not. It is a bit more subtle than many others white tea such as white peony that we can find in the market, but it has more body and flavor when compare with the purest white tea the SIlver Needle Tea. It can be a great selection of evening tea as it has lower caffeine level. We recommend steep at 175ºF for 3-5 minutes. Level of caffeine: Low
